Warranty Info
This limited warranty applies to the registered owner with proof of purchase (receipt), and the warranty card must be returned within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. All product must be assembled by an authorized MacNeil dealer to validate this limited warranty. Normal wear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, bending or denting are not covered by this warranty. The purchaser or user assumes all risks associated with the use of this product, and MacNeil Bikes will not be responsible for any costs, losses and/or damages incurred as a result of use of this product. Labor and transportation charges are not included. To obtain repairs or replacements within the terms of the warranty, contact macneil@bikesupplies.ca.
Aftermarket Frames, Forks & Bars
1 year warranty against material defects, workmanship defects, breaks and cracks.
Complete Bikes
1 year warranty against material defects, workmanship defects, breaks and cracks on all complete bike frames, forks and handlebars from the original date of purchase. Frames, forks and handlebars must not have been altered, painted or sandblasted.
Complete Bike Parts
90 day warranty on all complete bike components for defects in workmanship from the original date of purchase, backed by a one-on-one consideration for cases that fall outside of this period.
